Objective: Ensure client completes website intake form to initiate project work

Steps:
- Navigate to Client Portal (portal.cybercrafters.com) admin dashboard
- Access the appropriate client board and make sure the task “Complete Website Intake Form - Required to Begin Project” is added to the client’s task board: That will give them access to this form:
- Website Design clients: Use "Website Design Project"
- Create first task using the template below
- There are two ways to add this task
- When adding a new client manually note: This task should be added automatically when they select their service. If you don’t see the task in the client’s task board. Proceed with the manual method.
- You can add the it manually on the to client’s task board, by clicking the arrow under next to the “New Request” button. Click on “Website Project Task Form” and this will add the task on their task board.
- Assign task to client with due date (3 business days from creation)
- Set task priority to "High"
- Set task status to "In Queue"
- Assign the task to the client.
- System will automatically notify client about the task.
- Follow up after 48 hours if not completed
- Mark complete when form submission received and PDF forwarded to PM team
- Trigger next SOP workflow automatically
Completion Criteria: Website intake form completed and submitted, PM team notified
